Inspection Upon Delivery
• Every Woodkhan client has the right to inspect their product upon arrival for up to 30 minutes while the carrier waits.
• You may verify the dimensions, materials, and finishing.
• If you notice any visible manufacturing issue during that time, you may request a full refund or replacement right away.
• All replacements will be delivered within up to 7 working days, free of charge, to your doorstep.
• Once the carrier leaves your location, returns and refunds will no longer be accepted.
Refund Policy
• Refunds are only approved if a return is requested during delivery inspection.
• Once the product is returned, your refund will be issued using the same payment method used for your order.
• Refund processing times depend on your payment method:
• Bank card payments: within 7 to 14 working days.
• Instapay payments: within 48 working hours.
• ValU or any installment vendor: within 5 working days.
• After delivery is accepted, refunds are no longer applicable.

If you discover any manufacturing defect, we’ll take full responsibility to fix or replace it promptly.
Eligible defects include:
• Structural or wood quality issues
• Painting or finishing defects
• Damage caused during delivery
You must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please record a video while unboxing and send it with clear photos via email or WhatsApp.
Once verified, we’ll schedule a repair or replacement at no extra cost.
5-Year Warranty
• All Woodkhan products come with a 5-year warranty against any manufacturing or structural defect.
• If an issue arises within this period, simply email or WhatsApp us — our team will arrange a visit to inspect and fix it right away.
