Order Processing

At Woodkhan Furniture, every piece is handcrafted and made to order with exceptional care and attention to detail.
* Production time typically ranges between 7 to 14 working days, depending on the design and production schedule.
* Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a WhatsApp message prior to your delivery date including:
 – The exact delivery time 🚚
 – A photo of your finished product for your review before dispatch.

Delivery & Shipping Coverage

For the current period, Woodkhan Furniture covers Cairo and Giza deliveries all weekdays.
* Free delivery for orders above EGP 10,000.
* Orders below EGP 10,000 will include a shipping fee ranging from EGP 500 to 800, depending on the delivery area.

Floor Access Fees

Our delivery team our real heroes handle your furniture with the utmost care.
* Delivery to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors is included in the standard delivery fee.
* For deliveries to higher floors without elevator access, an additional EGP 500 will be added to the total order amount as a support fee for the carrying team.

Inspection Upon Delivery

We value transparency and your satisfaction.
* Upon arrival, you have up to 30 minutes to inspect your product while the delivery team waits.
* You may verify dimensions, materials, finishing, and quality.
* If any visible manufacturing issue is found during inspection, you may request an immediate replacement or full refund.
* Once the inspection period ends and the order is accepted, the delivery is considered final.

Delivery Access

Please ensure that delivery access (doors, elevators, and stairs) is suitable for the size of your ordered items.
* Any additional handling (such as cranes or dismantling) will incur extra charges.
* Our team can assist you beforehand in measuring entryways to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Missed or Rescheduled Deliveries

* If you need to reschedule a confirmed delivery, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
